has skipped a bail hearing in which he was ordered to surrender his passport. He had avoided arrest for more than a decade before being booked recently.
A story lurks here, but Senator Craig must surely delight Hillary. The leak of his intent NOT to resign has kept the spotlight off Norman and his flight. Still, I'd love for a reporter to ask Hillary, "Where in the world is Norman?"
